Mission Statement
Howard Leisure Services shall strive to provide recreation programs and services which will enhance the physical, social and emotional well-being of all residents, in an efficient and cost effective manner that responds to the needs of the residents.

Program Registration Instructions

Preregistration is required for participation in leisure services programs. Registration can be completed in the following ways:

1. Register Online. An email address is required to set up a family account.

2. Fill out a paper registration form. Fill out the form as completely as possible the first time it is used. For subsequent registrations, only the "Head of Household" information (top line), participant information (chart) and signature at the bottom is needed (and any changes to the other information). Turn in your completed form along with payment in person, through the mail, or by using our after-hours drop box:  Village of Howard, 2456 Glendale Avenue, Green Bay, WI 54313.

All registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Enrollment cannot be guarenteed. All programs have size limitations. Credit cards are accepted online and in person at the Village Hall. Checks can be made payable to Village of Howard.

Did you know there is a recreation information line? This automated message line allows the public to receive 24 hour information regarding field closures and program cancellations. This announcement line is updated as soon as information is available - typically by 3:00 pm each day during the week.
